- Payment info: the Mobile Money number you provide. We don't store your PIN or card details.
- Location: only if you opt in, to show nearby restaurants.
- Technical: device, browser, and basic usage logs to keep the service running.
2. Why we use it
- To process your orders and payments.
- To share the order with the restaurant preparing it.
- To show you order history and live status updates.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve the service.
3. Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed: your name, phone, and order details go to the restaurant that's preparing your food. Payment details go to our Mobile Money provider to process payment. We don't sell your data to advertisers.
4. How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax, accounting and dispute resolution.
5. Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent for optional features (e.g. location).

6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud infrastructure, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and keep your phone safe.
7. Children
Skip the Line is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data.
