How it works
1. Pick a restaurant
Browse approved restaurants in Mufulira and choose what you want.
2. Order online
Add items to your cart, then pick Takeaway or Dine-In (with your table number).
3. Pay with Mobile Money
Confirm payment on your phone via MTN or Airtel Money.
4. The kitchen prepares it
The restaurant gets your order instantly and starts cooking.
5. Pick up or sit down
Takeaway: collect at the counter. Dine-In: it's brought to your table.
Common questions
How does Skip the Line work?
Order online → the restaurant prepares your food → you pick it up at the counter, or it's brought to your table if you chose Dine-In. No queues, no waiting to order.
Do you deliver?
No. Skip the Line is pickup or dine-in only. We don't run a delivery service — you collect at the counter or eat at the restaurant.
How do I pay?
We accept MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money. After you submit your order, you'll receive a prompt on the phone number you entered to approve payment.
How long does it take?
Most orders are ready in 10–25 minutes, depending on what you ordered and how busy the kitchen is. You'll see live status updates: Pending → Preparing → Ready.
What's the free welcome drink?
Your first order at any restaurant on Skip the Line includes one free eligible drink. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
How do I know when my food is ready?
Your order page updates live. When it turns green and says Ready, it's time to collect from the counter (or wait — your server will bring it if you're dining in).
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel only while the order is still Pending. Once the kitchen starts preparing it, cancellation isn't possible — the food is already being made.
I'm a restaurant owner — how do I join?
Tap 'List your restaurant' in the menu, submit your details, and our team will review and approve your application.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Connections are encrypted, and we only share your name, phone and order with the restaurant preparing your food. See our Privacy Policy for details.
